• Completion of a contract

With the booking confirmation by the landlord, a binding rental contract is concluded.

• Payment

A deposit of 20% is due within 7 days of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellation

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival free of charge. After that, 50% of the total amount will be charged, from 3 days before arrival 100%.

• Duties of guests

The accommodation may only be occupied with the agreed number of people. Pets are not allowed. Damages must be reported immediately.

• Liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest.

• Place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the landlord.
